When children are in their growing age of first few years of life. They evolve from baby to toddler, preschooler, middle childhood, and teenager, you play an important role in their development. This child development roadmap article is a suggested plan of strategy that helps you to take care of your kids’ development and to be the best parents.

CHILD DEVELOPMENT DEFINITION

Child development is defined as the biological, psychological, and emotional changes in human beings according to their sophisticated age. The enhancement and betterment in behavior and physical strength are the main parts of child development.

You can divide and monitor the growth and development progress into:

The early years of a child’s life are critical for their health and development. Healthy growth means that children of all abilities, including those with special needs, can develop where they need to to have a healthy social, emotional, and educational life.

A safe and loving home and spending time with family play a huge improvement role in child development. Playing, singing, reading, and chatting are important things because these things boost the concentration of kids. Proper nutrition, exercise, and sleep also can make a big difference.

Some effective parenting practices play a major role in child development.

Children need to feel loved and cherished by their parents. When they’re upset, they need to be comforted. Parenting can take on a variety of shapes and forms, but some helpful parenting habits are effective in a variety of families and settings. Providing the care that children need allows them to be happy and healthy, which in turn helps them grow and develop well.

Some key ways can be followed by parents to support their child’s healthy development:

  • Predictability reduces stress because familiar patterns are calming to a child. Every parent should predictably respond to children.
  • Showing warmth and sensitivity is very important for betterment. To ensure that your child feels valued, respected, and loved, not just within their cultural background but as an individual, have a positive image of their cultural identity and know that they can count on a supportive relationship with their parents and other important people in their life.
  • An effective routine can help reduce stress, which can lead to better mental health, more time to relax, and less anxiety. So having routines and household rules are important for refinement.
  • Sharing books helps with talking, listening, and communication skills. It encourages imagination, curiosity, and emotions. So share books and talk with children for blossoming.
  • By protecting your child, you reduce chirping, ensuring that your kids are more efficient and productive. So always take care of the health and safety of your child.
  • Using appropriate discipline without harshness is important to enhance the metamorphosis. So maintain discipline.

Every parent should regularly major developmental milestones:

Children reach milestones as how they play, learn, speak, behave, move, crawl, and walk. Skills such as taking a first step, smiling for the first time, and waving “bye-bye” are called developmental milestones.

Children develop at their own pace, so it’s impossible to tell exactly when a child will learn a given skill. However, the developmental milestones give a general idea of the changes to expect as a child gets older.

If your child is not meeting the milestones for his or her age, or if you think there could be a problem with your child’s development, talk with your child’s doctor and share your concerns. As a parent, you know your child best. Don’t wait.

Earth Day(पृथ्वी दिवस):Niralasoft

This blue planet where we live is wonderful and unimaginable. But we are continuously exploiting it, and today the situation has emerged as a big crisis in front of us. We do anything in an emergency just for the sake of trying to take everything under our control.

Stopping and forgetting to think that the lap of the earth in which we are sitting, the embrace of nature in which the moments are growing, we are sitting on that and have become suicidal for ourselves.

Earth Day is celebrated across the world on 22 April every year. It was first celebrated in 1970. Its main objective is to make people aware of environmental protection. Every year it works on a new theme. This year 53 years(in 2023) of Earth Day have been completed and this year’s theme has been kept “Invest in Our Planet”.

Why is Earth Day celebrated?

The main purpose of celebrating this day is to make people aware of the protection of the earth and the environment. In modern times, the way soil erosion is happening, glaciers are melting, global warming is increasing and pollution is spreading, due to which the earth is dying. In such a situation, to maintain the quality, fertility, and importance of the earth, we need to protect the environment and the earth. To fulfill these ambitious objectives, it is celebrated every year on 22 April.

When did Earth Day start?

US Senator Gaylord Nelson established Earth Day in 1970 AD as environmental education, after which the practice of celebrating Earth Day started. Earlier, this day was celebrated on two different days, where March 21 was celebrated as International Earth Day, which was recognized by the United Nations. At the same time, Earth Day was celebrated on 22 April, but since 22 April 1970, residents of more than 192 countries around the world celebrate this day together.

How interesting is the earth?

Earth is the only planet in the Universe where there is life. The Moon is the only satellite of the Earth. Earth is the fifth largest planet in size and in terms of texture, Earth is similar to Venus. Light takes 8 minutes and 18 seconds to reach the Earth from the Sun. The time taken by the earth to make one revolution of the sun is called the solar year. The Earth gets energy from the Sun and with this energy, the surface of the Earth is also heated. Some part of the sun’s energy collides with the surface of the earth and the sea and spreads in the atmosphere, due to which we can see the objects during the day.

We should be determined to keep our earth safe!

There is not much we can do to save the earth’s environment, so at least we can avoid the use of polythene, reduce the use of paper and promote the recycling process! Because the more waste material is recycled, the less waste the earth will receive. Use eco-friendly products and give importance to traditional facilities only. Promote more and more public transport and launch a campaign against pollution.

How to teach kids moral values and responsibility towards nature:

  1. Let’s short together(ITOYS) Garbage classification game

Garbage classification refers to the division, storage, delivery, and handling of garbage according to regulations or standards. The purpose of this game is to improve the value of the resource, both socially and economically. Vegetable peels can be used as livestock feed or be degraded, biochemically treated, and reused as fertilizer, which belongs to kitchen waste. The aim is to let children recognize the signs of waste management from an early age and establish environment-friendly awareness to grasp the significance and methods of garbage classifications.

Space is limitless. It has always been a matter of curiosity for humans. Now the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has also geared up to explore the depths of space and the secrets hidden in it.

ISRO chief “Dr. K. Sivan” announced: After Chandrayaan-3 and Gaganyaan, India will set up its space station by the year 2029. Right now two space stations are working in space. One of these is the International Space Station (ISS) run in collaboration with the US, Russia, the European Union, and Japan, and the other is China’s Tiangong-2.
After all, what would India benefit from setting up its own space station in space? How many space stations are currently working in space? What is a space station? Let’s try to know the answers to all these questions…

What is Space Station?

A space station, also known as an orbital station or orbital space station, is a spacecraft that is the space office of a human crew (astronauts) in a fixed orbit for an extended period of time. . It is made to stay in space continuously so that astronauts from Earth can go there and do research. It does not have a major propulsion or landing system. Stations have docking ports to allow other spacecraft to dock to transfer crew and supplies.

How many space stations are active in space now?

Right now two space stations are active in space. One of these is being run with the joint cooperation of the US, Russia, the European Union, and Japan. It is called the International Space Station (ISS-International Space Station). The second space station belongs to China. Its name is Tiangong-2. But it is not fully active yet.
Right now the International Space Station (ISS) is the most popular. It was installed in the space in 1998. It is established in the lower orbit of the earth. These space stations are like a laboratory where space goes at regular intervals and experiments are done there.
The International Space Station weighs about 391,000 kg and has been taken into space by dividing it into several parts. In the year 1998, its first part was taken into space. It has giant solar panels that provide energy to the space station.
6 astronauts can stay in the ISS for about six months. This space station is orbiting at an altitude of 400 km from the earth. At a speed of 28,000 km per hour, the ISS completes one round of the earth in 90 minutes. Hundreds of astronauts including Kalpana Chawla, and Sunita Williams have lived in this space station.
In the ISS, the urine of humans and animals taken there for use is cleaned and used for drinking again. Due to this, there is no shortage of water there. You can also see it with the naked eye, if you want to track ISS with time at your location then email us or leave a comment below the post.

What is ISRO’s plan for Space Station?

ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) is working on a very cheap and special design. This space station will not be as big as the International Space Station but will be like a satellite. In this, 6 to 7 crew members can stay for 20 days or 1 month. The implementation of the project is expected to take 5-7 years. The Indian space station will also be set up at an altitude of 400 km from the earth.

Purpose of the space station:

Right now its purpose is to provide refueling facilities in spacecraft so that they can travel for a long time. Apart from this, the necessary equipment can also be sent from one vehicle to another in space from the earth. ISRO is working on such technology, with the help of which in the future humans can be sent from one spacecraft to another spacecraft.

Challenges to achieving the target to build an indigenous space station:

The biggest challenge of this mission is to develop the technology of space docking ie connecting two spacecraft in space. Without it, it is impossible for the space station to function.
Space stations are much heavier than normal satellites. Such a heavy payload cannot be launched into space at once, so the Space Station is launched by dividing it into small payloads. Then through the space docking technique, they are stressed among themselves.
Passengers going into space or support systems such as food, fuel, etc. are sent by the spacecraft that docks with the space station. This is a very fine technology and complex process. ISRO has not executed any such mission before, so this project will be very exciting for ISRO and every Indian.

How will India benefit from this mission?

In the modern era, every country is engaged in expanding its technology. This also includes space technology. Every country is trying to prove itself as the king of space in the home of space. In such a situation, the manned space station will not only help India to gain its supremacy in space, but it will also increase India’s ability to monitor the Earth manifold. India will be able to get good-quality pictures. India can easily see what it wants to see. In this way, India will be able to easily keep an eye on its enemy countries. This will also reduce the cost of sending repeated surveillance satellites into space.

Amazing facts about human space missions:

This is NASA in human spaceflight:

  • First, low-Earth orbit manned mission: 1958
  • First Manned Moon Landing Mission: 1969 (When ISRO was founded!)
  • First Space Station: 1973
  • Number of Stations: 2
  • Notable Station: International Space Station
  • Space station operation experience: 46 years
  • Number of manned missions so far: 226 (including 6 moon landings)
  • Strongest rocket: Saturn V (140 Ton LEO)
  • Current Human Spaceflight Program: Landing humans on the Moon again in 5 years and building a station near the Moon in 10 years, with a regular human presence on the Moon.
